Petition Notes.wpd  Petition Notes.wpd While we walked the petition, we used a separate sheet to keep track of which houses refused to signed, who wasn't at home, and e-mail of people who wanted to receive updates.
 Survey.doc
 (Word file)
____________ We distributed one survey per household by placing it on their front door. We told people to put their completed survey on their front door on the following Saturday so that volunteers could pick them up. Alternatively, we told people to drop them off on my front porch.
 Application.wpd

Application.pdf Once we had gotten all our signatures, we created this application (and the necessary exhibits) for filing with the City.  You must attach the petition, a zoning map, and an "existing use" map.
